By accessing or playing on Avalon Homestead, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Server Rules, and the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the service.

Avalon Homestead is a private, non-commercial hobby project and is operated on a best-effort basis.

No guarantees are made regarding availability, uptime, performance, or data persistence.

The server may be unavailable at any time due to maintenance, technical issues, hardware failure, or private circumstances.

Regular backups are performed, but data loss, rollbacks, or resets may occur and cannot be fully excluded.

Players are expected to act respectfully and comply with the Server Rules. Exploitation, cheating, harassment, abuse, or intentional disruption of gameplay or server operation is prohibited.

The operator may issue warnings, suspend, or permanently ban users at their discretion if rules are violated or server integrity is threatened.

There is no entitlement to continued access to the server.

Content created in-game, including character names, structures, messages, and chat content, must comply with applicable laws and server rules.

The operator may remove or modify in-game content that violates rules or disrupts the game environment.

Avalon Homestead does not accept donations, payments, subscriptions, or other financial contributions.

No paid advantages, premium features, or monetary benefits are offered.

The operator is not liable for damages resulting from use or inability to use the service, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence where liability cannot be excluded by law.

The operator may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service, or update these Terms of Service, at any time.

Continued use of the server after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
