Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or playing on the Avalon Homestead server, you agree to these Terms
of Service, the server rules, and the Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the service.
2. Nature of the Service
Avalon Homestead is a private, non-commercial hobby project operated in a
best-effort manner.
No guarantees are made regarding availability, uptime, performance, or data persistence.
3. Availability and Data Loss
The server may be unavailable at any time due to maintenance, technical issues,
hardware failure, or private circumstances.
Regular backups are performed; however, data loss, rollbacks, or resets may occur and cannot be fully excluded.
4. User Conduct
Players are expected to behave respectfully and to follow the server rules.
Any form of exploitation, cheating, harassment, abuse, or intentional disruption of gameplay or server operation is prohibited.
5. Enforcement and Termination
The operator reserves the right to issue warnings, suspend, or permanently ban
users at their own discretion if rules are violated or server integrity is
threatened.
There is no entitlement to continued access to the server.
6. User-Generated Content
Any content created in-game (including but not limited to character names,
structures, messages, or chat content) must comply with applicable laws and
server rules.
The operator reserves the right to remove or modify in-game content that violates rules or disrupts the game environment.
7. Donations and Payments
Avalon Homestead does not accept donations, payments, subscriptions, or any other
form of financial contribution.
No paid advantages, premium features, or monetary benefits are offered.
8. Liability
The operator is not liable for damages resulting from the use or inability to use
the service, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence where
liability cannot be excluded by law.
9. Changes to the Service or Terms
The operator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service
or to update these Terms of Service at any time.
Continued use of the server after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of
Germany.
