Just pushed a small server update.
There is now a proper moss area near Avalon Homestead, so moss-related NPC tasks should be easier to complete.
The passive activity reward is now 3c plus 5 karma every 15 minutes.
I also raised the house size limit a bit. The check now treats your Carpentry skill as if it were doubled for house planning and resizing. That means 20 Carpentry now behaves roughly like 40 Carpentry for the size limit. So this is not unlimited building, but bigger projects should feel a lot less restrictive early on.
Normal placement rules still apply, so you still need enough free space and clear tiles around the planned building.
The server has already been restarted, so everything is live.
