There is a Server / Client mod that downloads a server pack to the client to make the internal map that comes with WU resizable. There details are here:-

I know we have a great external map, but I think it would be cool to have a expandable/resizeable internal map to check.

Mod is now installed. You can find the new map in ESC (Options) -> Better Map.
Keep in mind that you need to install the client mod first :)

That is excellent, so much better than the usual map mod, you can fully resize and move around the map, not just focussed on your local area. Thanks a lot for adding.
