Quality of Life & Progression Changes

We’ve pushed a small but meaningful update focused on smoother gameplay and better progression.

Bag of Holding now enchants bulk container units, making large-scale storage much more practical.
Sprout picking has been increased to 3 instead of 1, giving forestry a small but welcome boost.
Mail is now completely free, and newly created mailboxes already come with Courier cast on them.
Fires will now display how long they continue to burn, helping you plan your crafting sessions more efficiently.
BetterFarm requirements have been adjusted to 30 / 50 / 70 skill, making the system more accessible while still rewarding progress.

Additionally, a waystone has been added to the home deed and is free to use for routes, improving connectivity and travel.

I would like to ask that we vote on the bigger changes. If you change the game by taking the easy way out, you won't have to do anything to succeed in the end.

I also have skills /mining/ that I haven't spent much time on, but I'm not asking for changes to make me progress faster.

It's not fair to make it easier for players who have spent less time on a skill than for players who have already achieved that skill and spent much more time on it.
I saw a server where skills started at 50.
Players got bored very quickly.
A player who builds their entire game on one profession, and then others catch up with them because of the easements, will no longer sell or trade anything.

True, but i dont see a problem here. These are just minor fixes with not much impact on skills or economy.

These seem like balanced changes, like you say, not a major impact, but good sensible updates since ideally we don't want to make things too easy otherwise you shorten the value of the server for medium to longer term.

I thought farming was easier.

I reached level 60.

It would have taken me about 50 hours to reach level 70.

Now that I can tend a 5x5 area, harvesting at level 70 will take about 5-6 hours.

My other problem would be that it would be good if it was recommended by players who have at least 2 full active days on the server.

There is no point in introducing every innovation if it was recommended by players who may never play again.
